KULT is the University of Kentucky ultimate frisbee club team. We compete in USA Ultimate events in the East Plains Conference of the Great Lakes Region.
As a building program, we are always looking for new athletes (men and women!). Anyone who is interested in playing should get in touch with us through our contact page or just show up to our open (anyone is welcome - all experience levels) practices at the Club Sports Fields, located behind the Soccer/Softball Complex. We practice at 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Now that it is the offseason (Nov.-Jan.) we have been giving a very special opportunity. CES (Competitive edge sports) sent Kentucky Ultimate a personally training for a weekend and we have deveopled an offseason workout with special equiment that pro athletes train with. We are currently working out in Alumni gym (next to the student center) on Sunday's 6:30-8pm and Wednesday's 6-8pm. Make sure to drop by if you are interested in working out with this equiment and joining the team.
